Project GRACE
What We Do
Project GRACE (Growing, Reaching, Advocating for Change and Empowerment) is a community-academic partnership consisting of over 20 partner organizations in rural counties of Eastern North Carolina. Its mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of communities through community-based research projects that build local capacity to address unique problems identified by the community themselves.
Project GRACE is a partner of the UNC Center for Thriving Communities. More information about Project GRACE and related projects such as Co-LEARN (Collaborate and Leverage Evidence in African American Rural Network) can be found on the Center for Thriving Communities website.
