Services Offered
DWI Substance Use Assessments
State-required assessment for anyone convicted of a DWI in North Carolina. Conducted in person at our Rocky Mount office or virtually in about one hour. Out-of-state DWI reviews also available. The assessment determines the recommended education and/or treatment path.
DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Evaluations for CDL Drivers
Commercial drivers with a CDL are regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Following a positive or refused drug or alcohol test, a CDL holder must complete the DOT return-to-duty process before returning to any safety-sensitive duty. Project Momentum provides the SAP evaluation that begins this process, followed by a recommendation for the appropriate education and/or treatment, the return-to-duty testing plan, and any required follow-up testing schedule.
